Generational Tasting Tour

The Generational Tasting Tour brings together two culinary visionaries, Chef Wolfgang Puck and Chef Byron Lazaroff-Puck, in a once-in-a-generation global dining experience that celebrates legacy, evolution, and the future of fine dining.

Spanning six countries and more than fifteen locations worldwide, the tour unfolds as a series of intimate, four-hands, multi-course dinners. Each evening is designed as a dialogue between tradition and innovation: Wolfgang presenting a classic, time-honored dish from his culinary legacy, followed by Byron reinterpreting that tradition through the lens of modern technique, three-Michelin-star training, and inspiration drawn from the host city.

Together, the chefs tell a story that honors the foundation laid over the past forty-four years while offering a bold glimpse into the next forty-four and beyond.
