Visiting Chef Series – 5/8/18
Wolfgang Puck will be joined by two-star Michelin Chef Jean-Francois Peige and Republique Chef Walter Manzke, in his signature restaurant Wolfgang Puck at Hotel Bel-Air. The dinner begins with amuse, followed by two courses prepared by each chef with optional wine pairings. Event begins at 6pm.
Mother’s Day Brunch – 5/13/18
Enjoy a mouth-watering menu at Wolfgang Puck at Hotel-Bel Air. Mother’s Day Brunch brings a handcrafted, locally-inspired menu available as a pre-fixed three course meal including a one-of-a-kind dessert bar. Offered from 11am to 3pm.
MASA PARA AYUDA – 5/16/18
Wolfgang Puck, Eric Werner, Ray Garcia, Christine Rivera and Ryan DeNicola will host “Masa Para Mucho” (or “much dough”) at Hotel Bel-Air. Each chef will serve dishes that use Masienda organic masa on oakwood grills. The event will benefit Chefs to End Hunger and the Heirloom Foundation. The event is $195 for food and drink with cocktails and a tequila bar by Clase Azul Tequila.
