Join us at Wolfgang Puck’s Bar & Grill in Downtown Summerlin for a one-of-a-kind New England Style Clambake. As part of the second dinner of the “Grill Gathering Series,” guests will get to experience a fun, interactive dining environment with Clambake themed eats inspired by Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group’s impressive roster of chefs, all paired with beers from Sierra Nevada Brewing Company. Kicking off at 6 p.m., guests will be able to experience a dine-around style event complete with welcome appetizers and food stations galore prepared by Chef De Cuisine Daniel Stramm and CUT at The Palazzo’s Executive Chef Matt Hurley.
