For larger groups or those looking to plan ahead, visitors may also order pre-packaged box lunches by contacting the cafe.

This place is great! By no means is it any sort of high-end cafe, but it has everything that you need to get fed well. …The food choices may be small but they are good, healthy, and tasty if you make the right picks. Otherwise, there are also pre-packaged sandwiches, yogurt, pastries, chips, drinks, and ice cream. They have a good variety to choose from. My favorite is the BBQ chicken that I ate with jalapeños and tomatoes taken from the salad bar.

This place is great, The Wolfgang Puck refrigerated sandwiches are good as well as the macaroni from the salad bar. The prices match the quality of the food that you're receiving. Staff is friendly and helpful. The view is nice, and you can see the Hollywood Sign. It's a great way to fill up after visiting Griffith Observatory.

This was a good place to eat after spending an afternoon exploring (Griffith) observatory. Plus on a hot day, they have ice cream, which seemed to appease the kids.

Love the fact that there is a café at Griffith Observatory. …it has everything you may need after a hike. Most are pre-packaged food like sandwiches and salads. We purchased the Grilled Chicken Winter Salad. It was delish!!

CA friend and I stopped here while hungry at (Griffith) Observatory. We weren't really sure what to expect and hadn't planned on stopping. …We chose to go for the hot, prepared food. The theme for the day we were there was Guatemala. I chose the beef, the rice, and the sweet potatoes. Oh my gosh - it was delicious! I've never had Guatemalan food before, so I have nothing to compare it to, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was well seasoned and flavorful. …There was lots of seating both inside and outside. I would definitely love to come back here to get work done outside on the patio enjoying the view!
