Spago Beverly Hills

The Dishwasher position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for china, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., using machine and manual cleaning. This position also ensures the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe and sanitary facility. Employees in this role are frequently exposed to hot water, potentially slippery floors, garbage disposals and cleaning chemicals. Employee is required to stand for long periods of time and frequently lift/or move objects up to 25lbs.

Spago Beverly Hills

The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and/or directing preparation of food to be served, complying with all applicable sanitation, health and personal hygiene standards and following established food production programs and procedures. The cook is responsible for appropriate use of facility supplies and equipment and minimize loss, waste and fraud.
