Executive Chef Yoshinori Kojima, who originally came to the states from Hayama, Japan, is working to give Red Seven its own signature identity within the Wolfgang Puck family of fine dining restaurants. The Asian-influenced menu features fresh, locally produced, in-season ingredients, carefully selected from Southern California purveyors. By using local ingredients with the freshest seafood available, combined with authentic Asian spices, he is able to create dishes that are authentic to Wolfgang's original vision for Red Seven.
