Hotel Bel-Air has 12,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor function space.  The hotel's secluded setting and its glorious gardens that bloom all year round allow for complete privacy before, during and after your event. Our event spaces include:
Garden Ballroom:
Ideal for social events, award season parties, fundraisers and large meetings up to 300 guests.
Garden Foyer:
This intimate space is surrounded by glorious gardens and can accommodate up to 60 guests for a reception.
Garden Courtyard:
This can serve as an adjoining room or an elegant space for intimate gatherings up to 75 guests.
Palm Room:
Intimate and elegant, this space features a garden patio and large marble fireplace.  It comfortably seats up to 20 guests for a meeting or social gatherings up to 50 guests.
Palm Room Patio:
The patio of the Palm Room can accommodate up to 12-15 guests for a recpetion and features a cascading fountain in a lush atmosphere.
Front Lawn:
This verdant, spacious lawn features a towering 100 year old Syacmore tree and is ideal for garden parties, luncheons, receptions, cocktails and larger social gatherings up to 300 people.
Swan Lake:
The iconic swan lake is serene, pastoral and ideal for wedding ceremonies and receptions and can hold up to 180 guests theatre-style or 150 for a reception.

Designed by the Rockwell Group, the restaurant embodies understated elegance and features a spacious terrace and cozy booth seating in private alcoves. Relax with a cocktail by the lounge fireplace as a pianist tickles the ivories on our grand piano, or visit the bar, which extends outdoors to reveal romantic garden niches. Breakfast, brunch, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner are prepared using fresh seasonal ingredients gathered from local farmer’s markets every week. Dine on healthy classics like the egg white frittata, or indulge with a Margherita pizza and a selection from the wine cellar.
