Sesame-Miso Vinaigrette

egg yolks
2 tablespoon s
Dijon mustard

garlic cloves
1/4 cup
pickled ginger
1/4 cup
red miso paste
1/4 cup
white sesame seeds, toasted
2 tablespoon s
ginger vinegar
1/2 cup
rice vinegar
2 cup s
peanut oil
2 tablespoon s
sesame oil
1 teaspoon
togarashi spice
  1. Place egg yolks, mustard, garlic, ginger, miso paste, sesame seeds and vinegars in blender and blend until smooth. Slowly add oils and togarashi spice until fully emulsified.
