Fresh Herb Vinaigrette

Ingredients
Serves:
3 tablespoon s
Finely chopped fresh parsley leaves
1 teaspoon
Finely chopped fresh rosemary leaves
1/4 cup
minced chives
1 tablespoon
minced garlic
1/4 cup
sherry vinegar
1/2 cup
extra virgin olive oil
Salt and freshly ground pepper
  1. Put chopped herbs in a medium bowl and add garlic and vinegar.  
  2. Season with salt and pepper, whisk in olive oil until ingredients are combined.  
  3. Set aside until ready to use.
