Homemade Cranberry Relish with Grape Juice

Ingredients
Serves:
2 cup s
Fresh cranberries
1/2 cup
sugar
1/2 cup
Unsweetened grape juice
  1. In a small saucepan, combine all the ingredients. Bring to a boil, then lower to a simmer. Continue to cook for about 5 minutes, until the mixture is thick and the berries are glazed. Allow to cool. Transfer to a covered container and refrigerate until needed.

About this Recipe

This relish was created specifically for my Savory Squash Soup (see separate recipe). But it’s a sweet sauce that’s also perfect for use with desserts.
