For years, Chef Wolfgang Puck has been an inspiration to home cooks across the country, teaching them how to create contemporary American dishes by mixing formal French techniques with Asian and California influences. At the center of Puck’s inspiration is his WELL (Wolfgang’s Eat, Love, Live) philosophy, which means using food made with humanely treated, natural, organic and seasonal ingredients when available.
As Las Vegas evolves by opening dramatic resorts on The Strip, Wolfgang Puck has consistently created a fresh, new restaurant concept within each of these destinations as he continues to revolutionize the fine dining landscape of the city. Puck’s newest creations include two restaurants at Crystals, the spectacular 500,000-square-foot retail, entertainment and dining district situated within the heart of CityCenter’s urban metropolis.
