Spending a day with celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck is like taking a walk down a gastronomic red carpet. Everything the Los Angeles-based, James Beard Award-winner cooks, eats, and serves—whether at home, his hotspot Spago, or private dinners for famous friends like Sidney Poitier—might as well be tinged with tinsel.
Puck really knows how to pick them. Locations, that is. Wolfgang Puck, who burst onto the scene in 1982 with a little place called Spago, has just opened a new restaurant downtown at L.A. Live.
Wolfgang Puck has opened his first Ventura County-adjacent restaurant. The menu offers Puck's signature pizzas, his Chinois chicken salad with Asian vegetables and crispy wontons and such seasonal dishes as gazpacho and chili lime Thai beef salad.
