Spago – Six Course Valentine’s Day Menu

Spago introduces an extraordinary six course meal created especially for Valentine’s Day. Starting with an appetizing amuse of Big Eye Tuna Tartare “Cone” followed by course after course of fantastic flavors such as a Due of Lobster and Free Range Spring Lamb Saddle with sautéed young spinach, oven roasted tomato à la provençal, potato gratin and olive-rosemary lamb jus. Adding the right touch of sweetness to this delicious meal is an assortment of chocolate desserts for two which include Raspberry Chocolate Macaroons, Chocolate Whoopie Pies, Brownies and Glazed Mini Chocolate Hazelnut Mousse. Trattoria del Lupo –Tasting Menu for the Lovers

Lupo is celebrating Valentine’s day by offering a delicious dinning experience full of tempting tastes and exciting flavors. The meal starts with a delectable Blue Crab Cake served with fennel salad and basil aioli followed by courses of Maine Lobster Ravioli with Swiss chard, melted leeks and chervil then a Red Wine Braised Baby Veal Shank with creamy polenta and horseradish. The final note is a Glazed Chocolate Hazelnut Zuccotto and Hazelnut Crunchy Wafer which are sure to satisfy any sweet tooth. This tasting menu is priced at $55 per person. Postrio Bar & Grill will be offering an intimate meal perfectly prepared for enjoying with that special someone. Appetizers for two include an Oyster Trio or Blinis with house smoked salmon, dill crème fraiche, red onion, and domestic Oscetra Caviar. Couples can enjoy entrees such as Grilled Whole Loup De Mer, filleted tableside, fingerling potatoes, shaved fennel and red onion salad, and salsa verde or Mesquite Grilled Prime Bone-In New York Steak (20 oz), roasted baby vegetables, potato puree, sauce bordelaise. CUT offers a variety of special menu items designed for sharing. Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill has created a romantic dinning experience for two with their special Valentine’s Day menu. Cream of Asparagus Soup with roasted bell pepper coulis creates a delicious amuse that will be sure to please any pallet. Next, guests can enjoy a course of Maryland Crab Cake, basil pesto aioli with marinated plum tomatoes and Big Eye Tuna Carpaccio, celery heart salad, lemon vinaigrette and pink peppercorns.
