Everything is bigger in Texas including large flower bouquets and 240 guests. Lauren and Davey chose to have specialty stations for their wedding menu, designed by the exclusive caterer, Wolfgang Puck Catering. Guests were able to sample Southern, Asian, and Czech style cuisine with dishes such as “Honey Stung” Fried Chicken Tenders, Hong Kong Style Atlantic Salmon, and Klobase on Homemade Rolls. The couple also chose to serve guests a Cotton-tini as their signature cocktail.
